Join Denise Druce and Rachel Posner, Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers, for a 3-Hour Yoga Alliance CEC workshop incorporating Mudras and Mindfulness into your Vinyasa classes.
The workshop will give yoga practitioners a chance to dive deeper into the use of Mudras (hand gestures) in yoga. We will do 5 gentle yoga practices for different purposes, incorporating mudras and mindfulness, and discuss the meanings behind them, ways to use them and their benefits. ***A recording of the workshop will be provided to all who register immediately following the event.
