2023 is a year for transformation. Why not start out a new year doing what you love? Is yoga your thing? Would you like to dive deeper into your knowledge of yoga and expand your personal practice? Yoga Assets is devoted to offering unique and transformative yoga trainings that are second to none. The 2023 Spring Yoga Teacher Training program in Salt Lake City, Utah is open to everyone. Live, in-person AND virtual.
Program begins on Thursday January 5, and runs every Thursday through May 4
Our focus is on teaching yoga to the general population. Many yoga training programs will focus on teaching in the studio setting. This program will go beyond the traditional yoga studio environment and give you the tools and knowledge necessary to teach yoga that is approachable and accessible to ‘all fitness levels’ in gyms, community recreation centers, schools and corporate settings.
This 200-hour program will qualify participants for a 200-hour RYT registry status with Yoga Alliance, the premier measure of professional education in the yoga teaching community.
All necessary coursework and practicum will be completed between January 5th and May 4th, 2023.
Class time will be every Thursday from 8am to 6pm.
This program is offered at a substantial savings when compared to other Yoga training programs. Don’t be fooled by the new pop-up programs. We will be with you ALL of your training hours. This is a LIVE online and LIVE In-Person training. A Hybrid. Real interaction and learning with your trainer and your peers. Your choice of how you want to participate.
All major credit cards accepted. Is this the opportunity you’ve been waiting for?

Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Required Curriculum:
Techniques, Training and Practice

Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles, teacher development, student learning strategies and business aspects of teaching yoga.
Anatomy and Physiology
The anatomy lab for this session will be held in October TBA. A unique feature of this program is a full day ‘field trip’ for an anatomy experience in a cadaver lab.
Includes both human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.) and energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.). Includes both the study of the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns, etc). Here’s what one of our students had to say about Anatomy Study:
“I’ve decided that as humans, everyone should be entitled to an anatomy lab. My practice this morning, then bike ride has changed so much. I am more aware of my posture, positioning, and transitioning in both realms. It has also made me more conscious of drinking more water and eating nothing but clean healthy food. The environmental influences on our bodies are hard enough on us. (Those black spots on that guys lungs were from 2nd hand smoke and bad air) My body has been amazing and so giving for 39 years. I choose to give back to this amazing creation from now on. Namaste’ Body!!”
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers
Includes the study of Yoga philosophies, Yoga lifestyle and ethics for Yoga teachers.

Students will have access to some unique and specialized training programs that are offered exclusively by Yoga Assets teacher training, including access to a virtual human anatomy lab.
