This one day Silent Retreat will help you do just that. Take time to find stillness, breath, and answers. The answers that come from within.
Using the 8 Themes of the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy program we will spend time by and with ourselves, getting embodied with yoga practices, meditation, walking, journaling, and breath work.
