Hello There. I am Denise Druce, and I am Thriving with Stage Four Cancer. This has been an 11-Year journey for me. My mentor encourages me to “go to my wounds to find where I am called to serve”. I have pulled together a very special team of people who also have a big heart for serving those on this journey. I am so excited to invite you to Thriving With Cancer: a Healing Yoga Retreat and celebration of YOU.

- Yoga Classes: Suitable for all levels, with modifications for every body. The practices will focus on gentle, restorative poses, stretching, and mobility. Chair yoga will be available.

Join us in a serene, peaceful environment in downtown Salt Lake City. The historic McCume mansion offers a stunning and welcoming setting for this one-day retreat. The fireplaces, warm cozy rooms and furniture will invite us to unplug and recharge.
About Your Instructor
I am a 46 Year veteran in the fitness industry, and have been a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for 26 years. In addition to my own lived experience with cancer, I am trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Therapy. I look forward to guiding you through this weekend with understanding, honesty, care, and sensitivity.
