Sounds like a great challenge! As a chiropractor, i know firsthand that people who aspire to get fit and active are definitely doing themselves a huge favour. I have compiled some simple back stretching & exercise videos which i would recommend using to anyone who would pursue this as they will help prevent many back strains & injuries that could potentially impede your progress.
